Weekly 90-Minute In-PersonSupport Group
Wednesdays 6-7:30pm PT
Location: Bellingham, WA
Parenting Neurodivergence with Compassion is a support group designed for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children who are looking for practical tools, expert guidance, and compassionate support.
Led by Jen Phillips, compassionate communication expert and founder of Empathologie, each session combines evidence-based strategies, meaningful discussion, and actionable resources to help parents navigate the unique challenges of raising neurodivergent children.
Together, we’ll explore topics such as communication, emotional regulation, advocacy, behavior through a neurodiversity-affirming lens, reducing family conflict, and building stronger parent-child connections.
Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, school challenges, daily stressors, or simply seeking new approaches that create understanding and connection, you’ll find a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and be understood.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone…join our community for practical guidance, compassionate support and a safe place to be heard.
